Project Details
Construction of a new Class A office and retail space located in the heart of Oakland. The 8-story Seabet features a one level, below-grade parking garage, and green roof public spaces on the fourth and eighth floors. The first floor is occupied by a retail business. Floors three through eight have become home to the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Health and Rehabilitation, Office of Sponsored Programs, Learning Research Development Center (LRDC), Computational Biology, and Computational & Systems Biology that houses offices and classrooms/clinics.
