Project Details

The Bucchini/Pollin Group, Clay Cove Capital, and the Pittsburgh Penguins are planning a billion revitalization project located at the intersection of Washington Place and Bedford Avenue in the Lower Hill District. The first phase of the development involves the construction of theheadquarters for First National Bank (FNB). The FNB seabet casino Center will include a two-story parking garage and an urban open space area. Additional phases include commercial, retail, and residential development, along with a possible concert venue and parking spaces.
