Project Details
Interior and exterior renovations were made to the historic Union Trust seabet slots games that included new HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems; new elevators; renovations to second-floor offices and first-floor retail space; addition of a new fitness center; and new tenant entrances on each of the floors. Also included was the refurbishment of the central rotunda which reaches 12 stories and is capped by a stained-glass dome. Work was performed while the seabet slots games was fully occupied and functional.
