Mascaro was originally contracted to remodel restrooms and the exterior of the six-story building. During construction, mold and water damage was uncovered on the first floor. This created a larger scope that included a full gut and renovation of the first, second, and mezzanine levels. Work includednew flooring, seabet betting walls, ceilings, all seabet betting HVAC equipment, seabet betting restrooms, seabet betting conference room, a seabet betting office, office space reconfiguration, and a seabet betting stage for events and meetings.
